Curious about how much sodium is in the veggies you eat? Take a look here!
Chalene Johnson is definitely one of the most positive people I’ve ever seen, and she just posted up her formula for success which I wanted to share with you guys. It’s really simple, but to the point and makes a lot of sense.
Tony Horton posted this article up a few days ago, here it is in it’s entirety.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to talk about motivation. What motivates you? What made you decide one day that “hey, i really need to make a positive change here”. What made you decide on a Beachbody program, what one, and why? I’d be really interested to hear from everyone out there.
I just want to elaborate a bit more on my background and how I got into all of this.

I got this out of my RevAbs book and wanted to share it.
I’ve been trying to monitor my sodium intake but there’s always so much of it in the foods we eat, including the diet in the P90X guide, which I’m using.
Cracked whole bread has about 275mg of sodium per 2 slices. So it’s really hard to make sure you fall under the 1,500 mg per day that Stats Canada says is adequate.
So I’m going to keep researching and see what I can cut back on to cut my sodium intake back even further, but I thought this was interesting to share.

Really good information here, and not a bad idea to have a slice after dinner to change your palate! It’s something I implemented into my P90X diet and is working well so far!
Well today was great. Kenpo X is one of my favourite workouts right next to Yoga X. There is no better full body exercise in my opinion. The cardio is fantastic and you actually feel like you’re doing something with your time.
By no means is it being taught by a black belt but some of it is pretty cool self defense, and you never know when you might find yourself in a bad situation.
Just having a small chicken salad for lunch and then I’m going to stay glued to CNN for updates on the Chilean earthquake and the Tsunami warning for the pacific basin.
Hey guys!
I was just talking to Carl Daikeler and while he has been trying to work on getting coaching available in Canada, the main problem he is having is the financial/administrative hurdles, so it’s not clear if or when it will be available.
At least we know where we stand now!
